Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms govern your use of the LiLO mobile application ("LiLO"). By creating an account, signing in, or using LiLO in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
This document also serves as the End-User License Agreement (EULA) required by Apple Guideline 1.2 for apps with user-generated content.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 17 years of age or older to use LiLO.
- You may not use LiLO if you have been previously banned by us.
- You may not use LiLO in any country where the service is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Your Account
- One account per person. Do not share your password.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email
security@lilo.club. - You can delete your account in-app at any time (Me → Account & Security → Delete Account).
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
Apple Guideline 1.2 requires us to enforce a zero-tolerance stance on objectionable content and abusive users on a user-generated content app. You agree, as a binding condition of using LiLO, that you will not:
- Post, share, link to, or transmit any content that is:
- sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity intended to sexually arouse;
- sexual or exploitative content involving minors (which we will report to authorities);
- hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease;
- threats of violence, terrorism, or incitement to violence;
- depictions of self-harm or content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- depictions of cruelty to animals;
- illegal drugs, weapons, or instructions for creating weapons or explosives;
- content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- personal data of another person (doxxing) without consent;
- fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonating content;
- spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or repetitive low-value content.
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or impersonate any other user.
- Attempt to circumvent moderation, blocks, or account-suspension actions.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except where applicable law expressly allows.
- Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any automated means to access the service.
- Interfere with the service's security or availability (DoS, exploits, credential stuffing, etc.).
Violation of any item above is grounds for immediate content removal and account suspension or termination, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Moderation & Reporting (Apple Guideline 1.2)
- Every post, every comment, and every user profile has a Report action. Anyone signed in can use it.
- Every user can be blocked (any user profile or Settings → Blocked Users). Blocked users cannot DM you and their content is hidden from you.
- We operate a server-side moderation queue. We commit to review and action reports within 24 hours.
- We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate §3, without prior notice.
- The same standards apply equally to all users; appeals can be made by emailing
support@lilo.clubwith the username and a description of the contested action.
5. Your Content
- You retain ownership of the content you post (videos, photos, captions, comments, chat messages, profile fields).
- By posting content to LiLO you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, transcode, and present that content within the LiLO service, solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your content. We do not license your content to third parties for advertising.
- This license terminates when you delete the content (or delete your account), except for copies retained in routine backups, which are rotated out within 90 days.
6. Rules About Other People's Content
- Do not download, redistribute, or rehost other users' content outside LiLO without the creator's permission.
- Do not screen-record other users' DMs and republish them.
- Respect copyright. Repeated infringement is grounds for account termination. To file a copyright complaint, email
legal@lilo.clubwith (a) identification of the work, (b) the LiLO URL of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
7. Payments, Coins, and Virtual Currency
LiLO's core features (Moments, Messages, profiles) are free to use. LiLO also offers an optional virtual-currency economy:
- Coins are a virtual currency you may buy with real money. On iOS, all Coin purchases are made through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit) system (Apple Guideline 3.1.1); Apple processes the payment and its terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Diamonds are a separate in-app virtual currency.
- You can spend Coins in the in-app Store on digital cosmetic items such as profile frames, chat bubbles, and entrance effects.
Coins, Diamonds, and Store items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use digital content within LiLO. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside LiLO. Except where required by Apple's policies or applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Deleting your account, or termination of your account for a violation of these Terms, forfeits any unused Coins, Diamonds, and Store items without compensation. We may change Coin pack pricing, the item catalog, or discontinue individual items at any time; we will not retroactively remove Coins you have already purchased and not yet spent, except as required to reverse fraud or a chargeback.
You must be of legal age to purchase, or have permission from the account holder responsible for the payment method. Do not purchase Coins using a payment method you are not authorized to use.
8. Service Availability
We work hard to keep LiLO online but make no uptime guarantee for v1.0. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Material changes that affect existing users will be announced in-app.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BKPA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF LiLO. IF, DESPITE THIS LIMITATION, BKPA IS FOUND LIABLE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS (USD 0 IN v1.0) OR (B) USD 50.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless applicable mandatory consumer law requires another forum.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will (a) update the "Last Updated" date above and (b) show an in-app notice the next time you open LiLO. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance.
